ABOUT ME PERSONALLY
Here's a little secret...if you really need my attention, all you have to do is yell out the word 'Mom'...and you've got it!! I can't help it, I'm the mother of four children who I just couldn't love more! Right now, my kids are nearly all teenagers! Time certainly does fly! I have two sons of my own, a daughter, and a step-son. They each bless my life in their own way with love and laughter...and a whole lot of chaos! My husband, Brendan, and I have been married since 2014. We met, fell in love, and decided to take a leap of faith...whole-heartedly tackling the challenges of becoming a blended family. Life isn't always simple and it isn't always easy...but it doesn't have to be. I'm right where I'm supposed to be, and I couldn't be happier!
I was born and raised here in the California Central Valley. My mom and dad taught me the value of hard work, family, unconditional love...and consequences!! Growing up, my parents liked to call me 'princess' because they loved me despite my girly girl ways. My older brother liked to call me 'princess' to draw attention to my ability to avoid outdoor chores! I did thank God everyday for blessing me with a super cute, though very sassy, little sister to babysit...indoors! Raised on a farm, I've always loved animals and often thought I would be a veterinarian. I guess the princess in me must have known that hairy, dirty, smelly animals weren't for me...people were!! By my senior year of high school I knew family medicine was my calling. Like most of us young valley girls, I had big plans to grow up and move away! But my heart just kept leading back here to the heat, the dust, and the family and friends that mean the world to me!! Home really is where your heart is!! There's no doubt, my home is right here in Clovis with the ones I love!
